Agentic Screen Capture with ai-snap
Recently, I have been working on integrating a deeper level of contextual awareness into my AI workflows. One of the friction points when pair programming with an LLM agent is seamlessly sharing visual context—what I am seeing on my screen—without having to manually take a screenshot, save it, and upload it to the chat interface.
To solve this, we built ai-snap, a custom agentic tool that allows the LLM to trigger its own screenshots on a Linux Mint host.
